How to track job applications in BeeHired

Save jobs, mark applications as applied, dismiss roles you don't want and prepare outreach and interviews, all from BeeHired's Jobs page.

Updated October 26, 2026

Short answer

BeeHired's Jobs page doubles as an application tracker: bookmark jobs to save them, mark them as applied, or move them to Not interested, then work through each tab. Every listing links to the original posting to apply.

The tabs on the Jobs page

TabWhat's in it
For youListings matched to the target roles, location, work mode and salary in your profile, refreshed daily.
SearchEvery active listing, with filters for location, work mode and job type.
BookmarkedJobs you saved to review or apply to later.
Applied jobsJobs you marked as applied, so you never apply twice to the same role.
Not interestedJobs you dismissed. They stop showing up in your feeds.
  1. 1Save the job. Bookmark a listing from For you or Search. It moves to the Bookmarked tab.
  2. 2Prepare your application. Check your resume against the posting with the ATS optimizer and tailor it if needed.
  3. 3Apply on the original posting. Each listing links to the employer's or job board's original page to apply.
  4. 4Mark it as applied. Back in BeeHired, mark the job as applied. It moves to Applied jobs.
  5. 5Follow up. Use the outreach helper to draft a message to the recruiter, and interview prep to get ready once you hear back.

Where the listings come from

BeeHired aggregates new listings every day from official and public sources such as Arbeidsplassen (NAV, Norway), Adzuna, The Muse, USAJOBS and company career pages on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Every listing also gets a quality check for ghost-job signals.

Tips for a high-volume search

  • Triage daily: bookmark or dismiss everything new in For you so the tab stays short.
  • Mark applications right after you submit them; the Applied jobs tab is what prevents duplicate applications.
  • Keep a tailored resume version per role type so the right one is ready when you apply.
  • For jobs found outside BeeHired, use Apply to Any Job to analyze the posting.
