1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using BeeHired (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of the Service
BeeHired is an AI-powered job search platform that provides resume building, ATS optimization, AI-assisted writing, cover letter generation, a job board, and headhunter matching features. We offer both a free plan and a paid Pro subscription.
3. Account registration
To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free plan and Pro subscription
Free plan
The free plan includes access to the resume builder, job board, and TXT export. Free features may change at any time.
Pro subscription
The Pro plan is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually. It includes unlimited AI rewrites, PDF and DOCX export, ATS scoring, cover letter generation, all templates, and headhunter matching. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your resume or profile.
- Attempt to access, scrape, or copy content from the Service using automated means without our permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users or third parties.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit to BeeHired, including your resume data, cover letters, and job notes (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant BeeHired a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and use your User Content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. AI-generated content
BeeHired uses AI to generate resumes, cover letters, and other written content. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in a job application or elsewhere. BeeHired is not responsible for outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated content.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, trademarks, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by BeeHired and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without our written permission.
9. Third-party services and links
The Service may contain links to third-party job postings, recruiter profiles, or external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BeeHired does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular job outcome will result from using the Service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BeeHired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to BeeHired in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeeHired and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where BeeHired is registered, as applicable.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
